"Sound & Vision Show 2015" Exhibition - November 28 & 29 Athens GreeceA well known to the audiophiles event, the "Sound & Vision Show 2015" took place in weekend 28-29 November at Ledra hotel Athens... during the exhibition several new models was unveiled that first appeared in Greece, some of which were world premiere not yet marketed... Visitors had the opportunity to admire in a live demo Hi-Fi & High-end audio systems, multichannel home cinema, while cine-philes could find currently offered high quality projectors... there were also in presentation multiroom systems, streamers, wireless speakers and audio servers... The impressions were excellent, we all have to say a big "thanks" to organizers - representatives - Importers - manufacturers who gave us the opportunity to see and hear not only conventional models but also top end sound gear and even important to meet and talk with friends hobbyists... Some general impressions about the exhibition...The exhibition was very well organized and the rooms had in general very good sound... in the rooms of Scale Audio, Ultra Audio and Location Sound we heard of the best sounds in the event... In Scale Audio room, power management and electronics by CH precision were accompanying the big kaiser Acoustics Kawero loudspeakers in an awesome combination of dynamics and analysis... in Ultra Audio room, electronics of DCS with the all tubes Viva amp accompanied Vienna Acoustics speakers... in Location Sound a perfect combination of analysis and expression by Benchmark dacs and ATC speakers... Highlight in the show the monstrous hybrid Martin Logan Neolith playing like it’s view.. very good sound in the room of the "Grimms" with much enviromental arrangement and sufficient absorption by the numerous visitors... Tsakiridis Brothers had a very rich collection of new and standard implementations, Tsakiridis is the ultimate expression of "hi-end audio with hi-fi Money"... there was also a Greek dac the "ayazi" which was performing pretty well... Once again a big thank to the organizers and exhibitors for the successful exhibition, we hope be done well again next year with more hi-end and more music... |
