How to transfer multiple clash of clans accounts from android to iphone?

Hello all,
I have 4 Clash of Clans accounts played on my android device (1 device, 4 accounts).
Soon, I will have a new iphone and I want to transfer all 4 accounts into it.
Anyone knows how to do it? I appreciate the help,
